I have no clue, how to write a license. From time to time i will work out what must be written.

Giving it an attempt...

You are allowed to use this software for free but then also without any support. In this case: THIS IS USE AT YOUR OWN RISK SOFTWARE. You are not allowed to modify, share and distribute the internal code, because free doesnt means that its open source. You are also not allowed to claim this project being your own or saying you have developed that. I fully allow to remove NOOP from your template, because this makes a page look more professional.

Permissions to use this software:

• Hilfe & Service von EDV-Fachleuten company (in short HuSvEDVF), see husvedvf.de.
  Allowed to sell this program and the support for customers using this program. If you are such a customer, then you have the same rights, that HuSvEDVF handshaked in the contract with you.
• HostileSpace Revived project by HSRTeam, see hostilespace.co.uk.
  Allowed to use this program in fair use.

I will try to make this license file better, sorry...
